Coles Wynnum West was a 6-week refit of the existing store at Wynnum Plaza Shopping Centre. The scope of works included, upgrade and extension of the existing bakery, new wall tiling to bring the bakery up to current specifications, new epoxy flooring in the new prep area and re-grout to the existing floor tiles in the existing prep area.
The selling floor was also re-designed with relocation of the fresh produce case; this opened up the fresh produce area for more bunks and more room. The meat preparation area received a new cutting bench and the dairy section received a new dairy case. Front registers were also relocated with an additional register installed.
